North Dakota/Bakken

Our assets in North Dakota, located in the prolific Williston Basin, connect directly into the Dakota Access Pipeline and consist of approximately 50 miles of liquid pipelines.

West Texas/Permian Basin

Our Permian Basin assets consist of approximately 200 miles of gathering and processing and liquid Pipelines and the operation of one processing facility. In addition, we have an ownership interest in one fractionation unit.

South Texas/Eagle Ford

Our South Texas assets consist of approximately 200 miles of gathering and processing pipelines, with extensive gas lift capabilities, located in the heart of the Eagle Ford Shale.

East Texas

Our East Texas assets consist of approximately 700 miles of gathering and processing pipelines, three processing plants and two fractionation units. In addition, there is a rail facility designed to receive and deliver NGL’s and condensate for processing at our facilities.

Southeastern US

Our Southeast US assets consist of approximately 1,500 miles of gathering and processing and natural gas transportation pipelines, two processing plants, one fractionation unit and one sulfur recovery unit. Our assets service some of the largest residential and industrial demand centers in the region.

Deepwater Gulf of Mexico

Our Deepwater Gulf of Mexico assets consist of a world class “Gulf Super System” which includes a one of a kind floating production system, Delta House, as well as approximately 2,500 miles of interconnected pipelines providing flow assurance for producers out of the prolific deepwater Mississippi Canyon block.
